ABOUT

Lexie Vincent is an accomplished pastry chef with 10 years industry experience creating edible works of art for both retail and wholesale platforms.  She has created cakes and desserts featured in designer challenges, Chicago Style Weddings, Modern Luxury Weddings Chicago, Lifetime’s Married at First Sight, Fox’s Empire, Vitamin Water and The Steve Harvey show.

Before venturing to Chicago where Lexie’s career flourished creating pastries and elaborate cakes, Lexie graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado with an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry.  After completing an externship at a prestigious bakery she continued her education at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. Lexie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism and many fond memories she created with her Delta Gamma sorority sisters.

Lexie’s passion for desserts combined with her interpersonal skills and management experience result in a strong, vibrant, hardworking pastry chef ready for the next adventure in the Metro Detroit Area.
